Order placing &
Shipping
Most in stock credit approved items for standard delivery
placed before 12.00 AM will be shipped the same day. For your protection we
prefer to accept written orders by fax, or Email (see attached order form)
however orders may be placed over the phone with our sales personnel. All
freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with
the carrier except UPS and FedEx Shipments. Please call ahead for pick up time
to confirm your order is ready for pickup. To Obtain Wholesale pricing > 6
items, there is a minimum order of 6 pieces per style number, plus $100 order
size or a $10 handling charge.
Deposit & payment Certain
orders may require a deposit. We accept cash, cashier's checks, personal &
company checks, VISA, MC, Amex and Discover. Past due bills are subject to a
service charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Printed,
washed, re-labeled, or decorated merchandise is non-returnable. Please inspect
all goods before printing or decorating. All authorized returns & exchanges
must be made within 5 days after receiving date, and are subject to a 20%
restocking fee in addition to freight and Credit card or COD charges. All
return goods must be accompanied by a return authorization code. No returns
shall be accepted after thirty days of receiving goods. Unauthorized returns or
COD returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's
expense.
Claims &
Cancellations Claims of shortage or defective merchandise must be made
within 5 days of receipt. Cancellations will not be accepted for work in
process orders.
Samples Samples will be shipped at < 6 piece
price, plus freight cost. Samples are available upon request and cannot be
returned.
Prices, Quantities, Styles and
Colors All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise
will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipping. Kidsblanks
reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics
without notice. Slight variances may occur from dye lot to dye lot and order to
order. There is a minimum order of 6 pieces per style number plus $100 order
size or a $10 handling charge.
